Touch Governance Dashboard

Overview #

The Touch Governance section provides analytical insights into communication governance, audience exposure, and overlap behavior across all campaign types, including Draft and Completed campaigns.

Governance Metric Cards #

Each card displays aggregated values based on selected filters and date ranges.

  1. Org ID
    Identifies the organization associated with the calculated metrics.
  2. Total Campaigns
    Counts Active, Scheduled, Draft, and Completed campaigns within the selected period.
  3. Total Contacts
    Total unique contacts included across all campaigns.
  4. Total Overlap Campaigns
    Number of campaigns (including Draft and Completed) that overlap with at least one other campaign.
  5. Total Overlap Contacts
    Contacts appearing in two or more overlapping campaigns.
  6. Violation Rate
    Percentage of contacts that exceeded the defined touch cap.
  7. Average Touches Per Contact
    Average communication frequency per contact.
  8. Contacts Breaching Touch Cap
    Total contacts surpassing the permitted communication threshold.
  9. Touch Governance Score
    A score (0–100) indicating overall governance health and compliance with communication frequency policies.

Campaign Overlap Analysis #

Analysis Tabs #

  • All
  • Week
  • Today
  • Date

These tabs allow teams to analyze overlap behavior across different timeframes.

Campaign List #

  • Displays campaigns—including Active, Scheduled, Draft, and Completed—with status and number of overlaps.
  • Expanding a campaign reveals a list of all campaigns it overlaps with.

Overlap Behavior #

Draft campaigns participate in overlap calculations.
Completed campaigns also continue to reflect overlap behavior for historical accuracy.

Available Filters #

How to Add Filters #
  1. Click the ‘+’ icon to add a new filter.
  2. Under Filter Conditions, select a Field from the available campaign fields.
  3. Select an Operator (e.g., equals, contains).
  4. Enter the desired Value.
  5. Click Add Condition to include additional filter conditions if required.
Multiple Conditions Logic #
  • Users may add multiple filter conditions.
  • Select ‘All’ to apply an AND condition between filters.
  • Select ‘Any’ to apply an OR condition between filters.

These options enable flexible and precise campaign filtering based on operational needs.
