The Threshold and Rules page defines how violations are detected and how the system responds to them.
Volume Limits #

- Used to control excessive data movement and API usage.
- Includes limits such as:
- Maximum records per sync
- API calls per hour
- Concurrent job limits
Behavioral Limits #

- Designed to detect abnormal usage patterns.
- Includes rules for:
- Percentage deviation from normal behavior
- Rapid sync activity within a defined time window
Actions by Severity #

- Defines automated responses for Low, Medium, and High severity violations.
- Supported actions include:
- Logging the violation
- Sending alerts
- Quarantining users
- Quarantining exported or synced data
Each severity level can be independently configured to ensure proportional enforcement.
Global Field Sensitivity #
The Global Field Sensitivity section presents a structured view of sensitive data fields that are monitored during export operations. For each configured field, administrators define a sensitivity level that determines how the system responds when that field is detected in an export. Based on the selected sensitivity, predefined rules control whether the activity is logged, an alert is generated, or the export operation is blocked entirely.

Administrators can also remove a field configuration by clicking on bin icon when monitoring is no longer required.
