Overview
Transporter Sync allows marketers to transfer Oracle Eloqua assets directly from one instance to another. Unlike Transporter Classic, no package creation is required — simply open the app from the Eloqua menu and sync any asset with a single click.

Installing
Installation must be performed by a Client Administrator. This must be followed on both Source and Target Oracle Eloqua instances.

Email sales@portqii.com to set up licensing for your Oracle Eloqua instance.
Receive installation link
Portqii will provide links to install the application in your Oracle Eloqua instance.
Enter instance credentials
Enter the credentials for the instance being installed. Ensure you are logged in as a Client Administrator.
Click Accept and Install
Review the permissions and click Accept and Install to complete installation.
Verify installation
The app now appears in your Apps list within Eloqua. Repeat this process for the Target instance.
