MarketoMate is the Chrome extension version of Asset Naming Assistant for Marketo. It brings ANA’s naming governance directly into your Marketo Engage browser session — so you can create, rename, and tag assets without leaving Marketo.
What is MarketoMate
MarketoMate is a browser extension that extends ANA into your day-to-day Marketo workflow. Instead of switching to a separate application at app.audienz.ai, you install the Chrome extension and access ANA’s features directly within the Marketo Engage interface.
The extension enforces the same naming rules, categories, tokens, and tagging configured by your administrator — applied at the point of asset creation and renaming, right inside your browser.
Installing MarketoMate
- Visit the MarketoMate listing on the Chrome Web Store
- Click Add to Chrome to install the extension
- Once installed, the MarketoMate icon appears in your Chrome toolbar
- Log in with your Audienz.ai credentials to connect the extension to your ANA account
Using MarketoMate
Once installed and authenticated, MarketoMate is available whenever you are logged into Marketo Engage in Chrome:
Create Assets
Create new assets directly within Marketo with enforced naming conventions. The same workflow applies — select an asset type, fill category fields, and the extension auto-generates the standardized name.
Rename Assets
Search for and rename existing assets to bring them in line with your naming conventions, all without leaving the Marketo interface.
Tag Assets
Apply tags to assets during creation or rename. Tags are generated automatically from your configured naming categories.
