Viewing QA Runs
Navigate to Governance Hub > QA & Compliance to see the QA Dashboard.
The dashboard shows all QA runs for the selected connection, with:
- Audit metrics — Summary cards showing total runs, approved, rejected, in peer review, and completion rate.
- Status filters — Filter chips to show runs by status: All, Self Review, Peer Review, Approved, Rejected, Completed.
- Run table — Each row shows:
- Program name
- Program type
- Status badge (color-coded)
- Self QA reviewer
- Peer QA reviewer (or "Unassigned")
- Date
- View → action
Click any row or the View → button to open the run detail page.
Status Definitions
| Status | Color | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Self Review | Blue | Automated checks complete, manual checks in progress |
| Peer Review | Orange | Self-review submitted, awaiting peer reviewer |
| Approved | Green | Peer reviewer approved the run |
| Flagged / Rejected | Red | Peer reviewer flagged issues for resolution |
| Completed | Green | Run is complete (either peer-approved or self-reviewed when peer review is not required) |
Starting a New Run from the Dashboard
Click the + New QA Run button in the top-right corner of the dashboard to start a new QA run. See Running a QA Check for the full walkthrough.
Understanding Run History
The dashboard makes it easy to trace QA history for a program.
- Multiple runs for the same program are listed with run numbers (for example, Run #1, Run #2, Run #3).
- Status and date help you understand which run is current and which runs were superseded.
- Each run preserves its own results, reviews, and sign-offs for audit purposes.
