Section 1 — Self-Review
When all pending checks are complete, the Submit Self-Review button becomes available.
- Required checks must be resolved before submission.
- Submitting self-review locks results and confirms you reviewed everything.
- You can add optional self-review notes for reviewer context.
Section 2 — Peer Review
If peer review is required in QA Settings, the run moves to Awaiting Peer Review.
The peer reviewer can:
- Approve the run.
- Flag individual checks (including AI results) and add a note explaining why.
Flagged checks show who flagged them and include the review note. The original user can then resolve issues, add context, or create a re-run after updates.
Section 3 — Final Status
- Approved: Peer reviewer signed off and run is complete.
- Flagged: Peer reviewer identified issues that require follow-up.
All status changes are timestamped and attributed for auditability.
Note: AI check results are reviewed the same as any other check. If a reviewer disagrees with an AI assessment, they can flag it and explain why.
