Section 1 — Starting a New Run
- Navigate to QA & Compliance.
- Click New QA Run.
- Select the Marketo program (search or recent list).
- Click Start.
The system builds a point-in-time snapshot of your program and starts executing checks. The snapshot includes relevant program assets and configuration so all check results stay consistent for that run.
Section 2 — Understanding Results
Results are grouped by category. Each check shows:
- Name
- Type badge
- Severity indicator
- Result status (pass, fail, warning, error, pending, skipped)
- Detail explanation
Result meanings
- Pass: Criteria met.
- Fail: Criteria not met; review details.
- Warning: Potential concern; review before approval.
- Error: Check could not execute (different from fail).
- Pending: Waiting for human input.
- Skipped: Not executed (for example, AI disabled or not applicable).
How check types appear in results
- Automated checks show immediate results and explanations.
- Semi-automated checks show extracted data that you confirm.
- Manual checks show instructions for external steps you complete and record.
- AI-powered checks show AI assessment plus specific reasoning tied to real values.
Section 3 — Completing Pending Checks
- Open a pending check.
- Complete the check based on type:
- Semi-automated: Review extracted data, then record pass/fail/warning with notes if needed.
- Manual: Perform the external step, then mark complete with notes.
- Repeat until all pending checks are complete.
Progress is saved immediately, so you can leave and return without losing work.
Section 4 — What "Required" Means
Checks marked required must be resolved before self-review submission.
- If a required check fails, the run cannot be approved until it is addressed.
- Optional checks still appear in the run but do not block submission.
