When to Re-run
Re-run QA when:
- You fixed issues in Marketo that were flagged during a previous run
- A peer reviewer flagged checks and you need to verify the fixes
- You want to re-check a program after making changes
How to Re-run
- Open the previous QA run from the dashboard.
- Click Re-run QA (or start a new run for the same program from the New QA Run page).
When you re-run:
- A new QA run is created with a new run number (for example, Run #2, Run #3).
- The system re-reads the program from Marketo in its current state — it does not use the previous snapshot.
- All automated checks execute fresh against the current data.
- All manual and semi-automated checks start as Pending — previous answers are not carried over.
- Self-review and peer-review must be completed again.
- The previous run and all its results, reviews, and sign-offs are preserved in history. They are not deleted or modified.
Viewing Run History
From the dashboard, you can see all runs for a program sorted by date. Each run shows its status and run number, making it easy to trace the QA history for any program.
This historical view provides a complete audit trail of how a program changed over time and how issues were discovered and resolved.
