The Asset Naming Assistant helps you standardize Oracle Eloqua asset names using predefined business rules and categories. Your Administrator sets up the naming conventions, and you apply them directly within your assets.

Business Categories
Add categories that become part of your asset names. For each category, you can:
- Choose the input type: picklist, text field, or date
- Set the display order in the final asset name
- Mark categories as required or optional

Set up rules that control how naming works:
- Link specific Oracle Eloqua assets to relevant Business Categories
- Choose which categories appear for different asset types
- Select separator characters that divide category values in the asset name
- Add automatic date timestamps (in Epoch format) to asset names
