| Active Campaign | A campaign that's currently running and actively sending to contacts. |
| Scheduled Campaign | A campaign set to launch in the future with specific start and end dates assigned. |
| Draft Campaign | A campaign you've created but haven't launched yet. Draft campaigns appear in your dashboard and are included in overlap detection. |
| Completed Campaign | A finished campaign that's no longer active. Completed campaigns remain available for reporting and overlap history tracking. |
| Overlap | When two or more campaigns target the same contacts during overlapping time periods. Portqii detects these conflicts to help you avoid message fatigue. |
