Data Quality settings

Set the standards, grade bands, and business case benchmarks each Data Quality audit is measured against.

Supported MAPEloquaMarketo

Data Quality settings live under Settings → Agent context → Data Quality in the product (/settings/agents/data-quality). They define the standards each audit grades against, separate from org Context.

Open settings
Open Data Quality settings
In Agent Studio, go to Settings, then Agent context → Data Quality, or open /settings/agents/data-quality.
Select a connection
Standards are stored per connection. On a Marketo connection the Scorecard shows Marketo standards (PII fields, sending domains, field cap) in place of picklist candidates.
Configure and save
Click Save scorecard or Save benchmarks. Saved standards apply on the next audit. Existing runs are never changed.

Sections
SectionWhat you configure
ScorecardField inventory: mark each field as a Key field (should be required) and, on Eloqua, a Picklist candidate (should use an option list). On Marketo also set the Declared PII inventory, Approved sending domains, and a Custom field sprawl cap.
Grade bandsThe maximum failing percent for each grade, A through F. Defaults: A 0%, B 20%, C 40%, D 60%, F 100%. A lower percent is stricter.
BenchmarksBusiness case inputs: annual contact volume, annual decay rate, volume provenance, and unit costs per unmapped value, invalid email, and duplicate. Also Segment staleness (default 90 days).
Remediation planA read-only reference of the platform lifecycle and ranked steps the agent uses to order the roadmap.

Business case. Without an annual contact volume, runs report exact config counts but no dollar impact. Until you tick Benchmarks reviewed and confirmed by the business, dollar estimates are labelled illustrative.
Context. Suppression keywords and consent fields come from Organization Context, not this screen. Confirm org segmentation there to enable the Health Monitor GTM grid.
Connection scope

Each connection has its own scorecard and benchmarks. Saving for one connection never overwrites another. Always confirm which connection is selected before you change standards.
