Marketing Calendar settings
Configure campaign sync filters, excluded contacts, weekly overlap email, and manual sync for each MAP connection.

These settings live under Settings → Agent context → Marketing Calendar in the product (/settings/agents/overlap). They are specific to this agent, separate from org Context.
Open settings
Open Settings
In Agent Studio, go to Settings, then Agent context → Marketing Calendar (
/settings/agents/overlap).Select a connection
The screen is gated until a MAP connection is selected. Filters, exclusions, and digests are stored per connection.
Configure each section
Work through the sections below. Save where prompted. Changes apply to new syncs and digests for that connection.

Sections
| Section | What you configure |
|---|---|
| Default campaign filters | Default filters that control which campaigns are pulled into the calendar for this connection. |
| Exclude contacts | Contacts omitted from membership and overlap on campaigns synced after they are added. Already-synced campaigns are left unchanged. |
| Weekly overlap email | Recipients, timezone, send day, send time, and look-ahead period for the upcoming-week overlap digest. The digest sends when at least one recipient is saved. Use Send test now to check it. |
| Sync this connection now | Manually start a campaign sync for the selected connection (can take a few minutes in the background). If campaigns are stuck in progress for over 30 minutes, Heal stuck appears. |

Connection scope. Always confirm which connection is selected before changing filters or exclusions. Eloqua and Marketo calendars are independent.
