Who is PCO for?

Campaign Orchestrator works best for organizations running multiple campaigns simultaneously. We're visual creatures, and our brains work better when we can see how campaigns and emails are laid out in front of us.

By default, without PCO, you don't get a visual layout of the emails lined up to send, which ones are active, and which ones have completed.

With PCO, you get all that plus analysis of which contacts are fatigued by your emails.

Are there two versions of PCO?

Yes, there are two versions with different pricing:

  • Base Version
  • Base Version + Fatigue Analysis

Installation

Follow these steps to install PCO:

  1. Contact sales@portqii.com to set up application licensing.
  2. The Portqii team will provide you with an installation link.
  3. Log in as an administrator—installation requires admin credentials and permissions.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation.
